SII Medical hosted their key manufacturer Bailey Instruments at the conference and had Gemma Bailey Top 100 Healthcare Leader (IFAH) present on the features and benefits of the product at the stand alongside the SII Medical team. SII Medical also hosted top key opinion leaders at the baseball game in Arizona and executed a key networking strategy.

SII Medical team also had their interns present from Arizona State University (ASU) two of which are studying Finance, as the other attends Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) studying Computer Science. Hunter Davison and Trent Ochoa, who attend ASU are both Juniors, and Connor who attends CGCC as a Freshman were all new to the environment at SWAC but were overall pleased with the turnout of the event as they gained a lot of valuable knowledge about the product, while also making connections to the people they interacted with trying to create those relationships.

SII Medical allowed their interns to showcase their single-use instruments from our SuSol range to the doctors, clinicians, and podiatrist that walked through the gallery. “It was a great experience to be able to talk to the people as they walked by, I definitely was a bit nervous at first but after the first couple interactions, I shook off all my nerves and started to get after it,” Trent Ochoa stated. As for the other intern, “ It was a great opportunity to expand my networking skills in a professional setting, and a helpful event such as SWAC to put me outside my comfort zone. I took a lot away from the event, and I learned skills that I will use in the future,” stated Hunter. Overall, showing how regardless of how the event turned out, these two interns will still be able to take something away from the event, which is always a positive outcome. The SAWC attendees who registered to receive information about single-use instruments will be contacted by the SII Medical team in their area.
